What is Castile soap? Castile soap is a multi-use vegetable-based soap made free of synthetic ingredients. This soap is natural, biodegradrable and nontoxic. There are so many ways to use Castile soap and some of them may surprise you. I am providing my top three favourite tips and recipes to use Castile soap but feel free to adjust the the ratios to suit your personal preferences. Castile soap has a long shelf life however when diluted it should be used within a few weeks.
This one bottle has replaced a multitude of products in my house and I feel good using it. Personally, some examples of how I love to use it are : as a body wash, a hand soap, dish soap, floor cleaner, bathroom cleaner, foot scrub and even as a soap for my dog!

Tip #1 - ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
1-2 tablespoons Green Beaver Castile Soap Lavender
2 cups water
16 oz spray bottle
Gently shake/swirl the bottle before use as contents will settle.
Tip #2 - HAND SOAP/BODY WASH
2 tablespoons liquid Green Beaver Castile Soap Lavender
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
Water
Add Castile soap and olive oil to a hand soap dispenser and mix together, then add enough water to fill the bottle. When using as a body wash add to a bottle and dispense on to a wash cloth.
Tip #3 - FOOT SCRUB
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
3/4 c Epsom salts
1 tablespoon liquid Green Beaver Castile Soap Lavender
Mix together to form a foot scrub.
